Complete as many rounds possible in twenty minutes of:

  • 5 Ring dips
  • 10 pull ups
  • 15 Box Jumps

or

  • 5 Ring dips
  • 10 clapping push ups
  • 15 pull ups

Post rounds completed to comments:

Fit Hembrees:

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as possible of:

  • 5 push ups
  • 10 sit-ups
  • 15 squats

  1. Shoulder’s a little sore from the presses on Monday, so I think I’m going to try as many rounds in 20 minutes of:

    10 Pullups

    10 Situps

     I’ll let you know how it goes.

  2. Okay, so with both my shoulder and knee hurting more than usual today, I decided to do some abs only stuff.  Here’s what Tom and I did:

    10 minutes of:

    Situps with kettlebells positioned for a bench press.

     We went one rep every 30 seconds.

     Loads were:

    Me- 1.5 pood KB’s in each hand

    Tom- 2 pood on chest to start out, then 1 pood in eahc hand after about 2 minutes

    From there we did statics on the rings:

    20 seconds of:

    Knees to chest at the top of a dip

    Rest and then repeat once

    1st stage of front lever with legs still bent

    Rest and repeat

    Going to be feeling that tomorrow
