AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 D-Ball Slams
  • 10 D-Ball Push ups (alternate hands)
  • 15 D-Ball Sit-up Throws to wall.

Use a 20# Ball for all exercises.

Post number of rounds completed to comments.

Fit Hembrees:

21-15-9 reps of:

  • Jumping Squats
  • Handstand pushups
