  1. Finding a place to do back extensions at the track proved the longest part.  If any one has any tips or trick for doing back extensions not on a back extension machine, I am all ears.  I took my son with me so my 800 times are a little longer but it made it that much more interesting.

    23.24     splits of 8.03, 7.47, 7.33
