  • 135 pound Hang power clean, 12 reps
  • 135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps
  • 135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 Pushups
  • 10 Sit-ups
  • 15 Pistons
  • Lunges, 20 steps
