    Worked out today after dark, so here’s what I did:
    10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 reps of jumping squats and push ups
    time:12.28

  3. Well I think this is actually my first work out since hurting my ankle before Thanksgiving and it showed!
    10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 reps of jumping squats and push ups
    time: 13.45

    I was a little worried about doing jumping squats because my ankle is still sore to the touch a bit in some areas and still feels quite stiff but these seemed to go ok.
