  1. I also subbed 3 rounds 400m row for the run. I started out strong and had a hard time sustaining it but I didn’t stop.
    2:00 first split
    2:41 second
    3:45 third
    I really like to row since that is a dream of mine to go kayaking long distances. Though it was still hard, I actually enjoyed this one. :)
