75 M Walking Lunges (no weights)

    400m walking lunges !! :-0

    I just wanted to see how bad it could be…. it was bad. It took me about 30 mins in about 380-390 steps (I lost count and I forgot to start a stopwatch until I was about 30 paces into the workout)

    Today my legs are ENGORGED!! They haven’t felt this worked over since the Colorado Cert. Sem.!!

    I am lovin’ it!
