- 5 Dive Bomber Pushups

Did workout with 235 instead of 315. Hands hurt.
Did 2 rounds + 7 deadlifts.
Did the workout as RX’d, got 2 rounds and all deadlifts of the 3rd round. I am sad about Roberts hands.
