All levels will be drilling and practicing Pose running, all Expedition classes.
Fit Hembrees:
Review the videos here (CrossFit.com Exercises & Demos) and practice by running four to six 200 m runs.
Alternate WOD:
Four rounds of
- 400 meter run
- Rest 2 minutes.
