    First round:2, 2:1, 3:3, 4:4, 5:6. first two rounds I went head to floor, the third I had a moderately thick book under, last two, bigger book

  3. Modified slightly because my shoulder is still bothering me.

    Shoulder press – 95#

    Push press – 135#

                       155#

                       165#,

    knee started hurting after fourth round, so I stopped there.
