  • 95 pound Thruster ( beginners use 65 lbs., Fit ladies use 45 lbs.)
  • Pull-ups

  1. 14:17 with 75# thrusters

    I was debating whether or not to do 95# but I am glad I only did 75#, my time would probably double with the extra 20#.
