Not that great of a time, but I did it when it was over 100 degrees outside so I’m kinda happy with it. Man, I remember back when I could handle the heat; those were the days.

My time was 30:17 and I admit I walked more than I should have. I was really struggling with my breathing. It could have been because someone was smoking or my allergies or there was this lady spraying some kind of lawn treatment in her yard…
While I was running and when I was done my nose, sinus and throat were all burning and I was sneezing and coughing. This morning I woke up congested and sneezy so maybe I’m just sick… but I was fine before I ran… very weird. Maybe I’m allergic to running? Hehe

My muscles never really felt weak, I just had a hard time breathing.
There was not a workout posted for Thursday so I did Tuesday’s Helen today. There are no pullup bars at the track so I ran on an indoor track which is around a basketball court with some lane lines. I ran for 1:50 and got about 4 laps in each time. Struggled a little on the pullups but still finished.
