  • 50 Box jump, 24 inch box
  • 50 Jumping pull-ups
  • 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (or 35 lb dumbbell)
  • Walking Lunge, 50 steps
  • 50 Knees to elbows
  • 50 Push press, 45 pounds
  • 50 Back extensions
  • 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
  • 50 Burpees

You will need a two liter bottle filled with water or a really heavy book for the swings.

  • Run 400m
  • 50 pistons
  • 50 Kettlebell swings (with water filled bottle)
  • walking lunge 50 steps

  • 50 water bottle thrusters
  • Run 400m

    Got some weird looks from the neighbors when doing walking lunges. Oh, and we threw in tuck jumps as a sub for the double unders.

  2. we did yesterday’s workout:
    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
    Burpees, Incline Push ups and sit-ups.
    Time: 42:56
    I hate my time, but at least I finished!!!

  3. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
    Burpees
    HSPUs
    Sit Ups.
    Time: 46:35, I’m pretty sure this wasn’t meant to be a chipper but it felt like it.
    For HSPUs I had 4.5″ of random stuff under my head originally, went back and forth and finally stayed at 5″ on the 7 rep round

  4. Fit Hembrees
    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of
    Burpees
    Incline push ups
    sit ups
    Time: 51:19

    I would think I was dead except I don’t think being dead would hurt!
    This was an extremely tough work out for me. I cried, I laughed, I moaned and groaned and prayed and praised my way through.

    This is actually Brenda posting for Cary. He is in Hartford, Connecticut at a business meeting. He did the work out in his hotel room. He said this was difficult after sitting in conference all day and that his shoulders were sore.

  6. Man Hembrees!!! YOU GOOO!!!
    I know it’s hard but I’m soo proud of you. Kayla I want you to know that thinking of you got me through “Cindy” tonight (3/6/08). I was having trouble with push ups and I kept thinking of the times you would push so hard even though your arms were wobbling back and forth and it gave me courage to continue. I love you guys and am sorely missing you!
