This picture shows the basic position of the dumbbell during the squats lunges and pistons and also the catch during the cleans. The dumbbell must not rotate like a kettlebell when cleaned from the floor to the rack. Clean the dumbell straight up, rotate your hands around when it “floats” and catch it in a squat.
Goblet Squats
Remember to keep your elbow in and dumbell to chest.
