Strength:

  • 5×5 Strict Ring to Sternum Pull Ups

Start from a dead hang with the hands turned out (Games style) and then rotate so knuckles face each other and pull yourself up to the rings until you make contact with your sternum.  Try to keep your elbows pinned to your sides and your knuckles as close to each other as possible.

Workout:

AMRAP in 7.5 Minutes of:

  • 2 Rope Climbs
  • 10 Pistols*
  • 12 Ring Dips

* total, not per leg.
