  • 10 broom stick cleans
  • 10 lunges
  • 10 6" Hops (mark a spot 6" higher than your highest fingertip reach, then jump to touch the spot 10 times)

Post rounds completed to comments:

To scale this WOD cut the number or reps to 8, 6, or 4 and/or amount of time to 15 minutes

    6 + 10 squats, 2 cleans. This was very taxing, I’m going to stretch now.
