  • Run 400 meters
  • 50 Squats

Scale by reducing the number of squats to 35, 25, or 15. Post number of squats / round and time completed to comments.

    Was shooting for 15 or less as I began the last round of squats, and almost made it because Tom came in like a bat out of torment and pushed me to fly through them. My legs are probably done for the day. At least for the morning.

  2. I actually did yesterdays workout today: 35 squats, 35 sit ups, 35 push ups.
    We haven’t mapped out meters in our area yet.

    I never thought I would say this, but I miss the “blue guy”. The only other alternative I could find was a piano bench which was significantly lower than what I was used to, plus the long time of not working out added up to a very difficult time doing push ups. I thought I would square away push ups first, but found I could only do one and tried to go for the second but couldn’t make it back up. So I only did ten, reasting between each one and completed the reast of the push ups on the floor on my knees. Hey, I have to start somewhere! ;) The squats were a breeze, but I miss the abmat for the sit-ups. It’s sad not working out with you guys! :(
