These workouts are deceptive looking. The numbers of reps are low so it looks easy but I’m always surprised by all the components of the snatch. Although, this time it wasn’t as bad as in the past. My squat is improved and I could seem to get the components a bit better though when I loaded up the bar my mind did NOT want to apply what I was asking of it. The numbers are as follows 35-35-55 miss-45-55-65m-65m. The last time I was closer, I was just having trouble getting it up over my head. Oh well, I’ll keep working it and one day I’ll conquer it.
