      It seems like the comment that I summitted for this one didn’t go through. I dont remember my time but I did the following:

      didn’t get to gym a couple of days this week, we had some really bad storms all week, a little spooky to see so much thundering and lightening in chicago. I could of done something at home but kept putting off. This coming week I’m going to really concentrate on my form for the shoulder presses, if we continue with that.
