Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:

  • 95 pound Squat snatch
  • Chest to bar Pull-ups

Post time to comments.

Fit Hembrees:

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Sit-ups
  • Walking Lunges, 50 feet

    squat snatches were a little spotty, but pull ups were ok (except that I was not able to do chest to bar for all of them)
