  1. Mike,

    I saw that you left the weight you used for your Birthday workout.  (Happy Birthday by the way) It seemed postioned in a conspicuous, “I dare you” sort of way.  But I opted for the Garage Gym WOD instead.

    Time 25:17

    Ahh yess, that old, “I can’t feel my legs” feeling is back…
