- 6 Push-ups
- 9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

- 3 Burpees
- 6 Pushups

The .3 is the burpees at the beginning of the rotations. I thought the hardest part was the going to be the burpees, low ceiling in the basement, but the hardest part for me was keeping a steady pace through the whole rotation and especially during the squats.
