Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

  • 135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
  • 6 Push-ups
  • 9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

Fit Hembrees:

Max Round in 3 minutes of:

  • 3 Burpees
  • 6 Pushups
  • 9 Squats

Rest 1 minute.  Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

    Rounds: 1: 3+2 burpees, 2: 3 +2 burpees, 3: 2 + burpees and 2 push ups, 4: 2, 5:2 + burpees and 1 push up

  3. The .3 is the burpees at the beginning of the rotations.  I thought the hardest part was the going to be the burpees, low ceiling in the basement, but the hardest part for me was keeping a steady pace through the whole rotation and especially during the squats.

    1: 5; 2:4.3; 3:4.3; 4:4; 5:4
