    My leg started hurting after the first run so I did a lot of walking.
     
     

  2.  3 rounds for time of: 400 meter run, 30 Squats, 10 handstand Pushups

    time: 30:16 we did three rounds cause we wanted to try and get everything done earlier ( which is why I’m posting this at one.)
