At Ground Zero a contract is a very simple concept.
The contract is a month long (or a session long for private training).
You pay in advance for each month/session of training.
You can cease membership without penalty or ill will from Ground Zero.
We do not give refunds.
The monthly rate you pay is locked in at the rate in effect the day you join. That rate will not increase for you even if the new membership rate increases. However, if you miss a payment by 15 days or you are chronically late with your payment, your monthly rate resets at the monthly rate that is current at the time regardless of any rate paid in the past.
