We provide a dedicated point of entry for everyone, called BASE CAMP, consisting of nine classes. This introduction enables us to make sure everyone who joins GZCF will get a quality introduction and grounding of the movements, optimal nutrition recommendations, and the physiological concepts that make up the CrossFit method of training. It also allow us, as trainers, to access your level of fitness.
The classes will meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:30 pm. To enter any of the EXPEDITION times, a person will have to go through BASE CAMP.
Each BASE CAMP class will typically consist of a warm-up, workout of the day, and a cool-down.
Each class will provide a focused time used to introduce or review essential exercises and standards used in the EXPEDITION workouts.
Each class will provide a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our EXPEDITION classes.
