Expeditions:

Using a bar as much weight as you can stand, complete 7 Rounds of:

  • 7 Power Cleans
  • 7 Front Squats
  • 7 Deadlifts

Score is the lowest weight on the bar at any point during the workout.  You may add and subtract weights as needed throughout the WOD.
