back squat 345# (might have been able to 365#)
dead lift  405# (PR!!)
Total = 915# which I think is a PR.

Not happy with how the shoulder press went, and I felt anemic on the back squat. However, the dead lift went better than expected.</description>

I probably could have got an even 800, but I was too determined to try to lift as much as possible then couldn&#039;t lift it. Probably would have added at least 25 pounds if I hadn&#039;t been stubborn. I&#039;m happy though, I wanted 800 and I beat my old max weights by about 10 pounds apiece.</description>
