  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 35 Wall-ball shots
  • 35 Pull-ups
  • 20 Wall-ball shots
  • 20 Pull-ups

For Wall-ball shots, use 20 pound (14 pounds for women) medicine ball launched to a target ten feet above the ground.

  1. Don’t remember my time. Did the workout as follows:
    30-24-15
    Wall Ball Shots
    Pull-ups (banded, then jumping due to the high number)

    Was like 10 minutes and some change I believe. The number of pull-ups on this one was tough. My forearms are still cramping.
