Wow I thought today was saturday and was trying to make up for missing friday where is my head at?!
Don’t remember my time. Did the workout as follows:

Wall Ball Shots
Pull-ups (banded, then jumping due to the high number)
Was like 10 minutes and some change I believe. The number of pull-ups on this one was tough. My forearms are still cramping.
