  1. Only had a weighted vest (20 lbs) so that is all I did. I started to do the again but doing 3 reps per but didn’t finish. I was at the park w/ Dax & he was done playing. I plan on doing the other half of the WOD tomorrow morning before posting. I will post again later tomorrow.
