  1. Tried doing Michael but by the end of the first 800 meters I could feel my knee starting to act up so I quit and did this instead:

    5 round of:

    10 Horizontal Pullups with the rings

    10 Pushups

    10 Situps

    Time: 6:42

  2. Worked Back Squats

    10-8-6-4-2 reps

    135#x10

    185#x8

    225#x6

    365#x4

    405#2 missed and called it a day… evening
