    Did half the work for Michael

    • Run 400 meters
    • 25 Back Extensions
    • 25 Sit-ups

    Finished in 20:27

    Tried doing Michael but by the end of the first 800 meters I could feel my knee starting to act up so I quit and did this instead:

    5 round of:

    10 Horizontal Pullups with the rings

    10 Pushups

    10 Situps

    Time: 6:42
