EXPEDITION START TIMES:
EXPEDITIONS are our normal class times. The sessions typically last an hour wherein the Workout of the Day (WOD) will be performed. Our trainers scale or modify the WOD prior to a workout, depending on the athlete's ability and level of fitness.

BASE CAMP Start Times:
BASE CAMP provides a dedicated point of entry for beginners to learn the exercises, standards, and techniques inherent in CrossFit workouts. While Expedition class times are kept to one hour. BASE CAMP classes are generally an hour and a half in duration.
